Are you interested in applying and wondering what happens next? We want to make your transition as easy and pleasant as possible. That's why our application process is clearly structured, transparent, and, above all, human. We take the time to get to know you and keep you updated at every stage.

This is how the application process at Moore TK works:

to send an application

Simply submit your application using our form or by email – even if you're unsolicited. We'll confirm receipt within 1–2 business days.

Reviewing your documents

We will carefully review your documents and usually get back to you within 3–5 business days – with feedback or an invitation for an interview.

First meeting

We'd like to get to know you as a person in a relaxed video call or phone conversation – and you can ask us any questions you have. We'll talk about your career path, your motivation, and your aspirations.

Technical discussion

Depending on the position, a second, more in-depth interview with colleagues from the relevant department will follow. Here, we assess how well we fit together, both professionally and personally.

Decision & contract offer

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible—often just a few days after our final meeting. If it's a good fit for both parties, we'll send you a concrete contract offer.

Welcome to the team! You'll receive a structured onboarding plan, dedicated contact persons, and be trained step by step – with passion, structure, and true team spirit.

How does onboarding work?

Before your first day, you'll receive all the important information from our HR team. On your first day, our administration and HR departments will introduce you to the team structures and general company information. You'll also receive technical onboarding. During the first few weeks, your team will provide you with comprehensive training in your professional responsibilities.

Can I apply as a career changer?

Yes, of course. We also offer career changers the opportunity to join Moore TK.

Do you prefer to work in the office, hybrid or remotely?

We offer flexible, hybrid work models. You can work from one of our offices at any time. Some positions can also be completed entirely remotely.

What application documents should I submit?

To apply, we only need your CV. You are welcome to upload certificates and other documents.

How long will it take until I receive a response?

You will usually receive an initial response within five working days.

How does your application process work?

In the first step, we carefully review your application. If your profile is a good fit, you will receive an invitation to an initial telephone interview with our HR department. This is usually followed by two interviews.

I'm interested in several positions. Is one application sufficient?

Yes, one application is sufficient. Please indicate on the application form which positions interest you. Together we will find the right match.

Do you offer internships or student jobs?

Yes, these positions are regularly advertised on our careers page. You can also submit an unsolicited application.

What entry opportunities are there after graduation?

Career starters usually start with us as consultants.

Are there regular feedback sessions?

During your onboarding, you'll have regular feedback sessions with your supervisor. Additionally, there will be a detailed annual review meeting once a year, which provides an opportunity for mutual feedback.

Are there networks or initiatives for specific groups?

Yes, we are part of the global Moore network with over 200 partner firms in 116 countries. Within this network, there are various initiatives, such as "Moore Women, Moore Growth."
