Two days full of knowledge, exchange, and international perspectives, the Moore Transfer Pricing Summit 2024 brought together around 80 experts from over 15 countries of the Moore Global network in the heart of Berlin. A strong team from Moore TK was also present, actively participating in presentations, discussions, and workshops.

The summit focused on current developments in transfer pricing, including country-specific requirements, the latest OECD guidelines, and practical approaches to data collection, acquisition, and client support. Our colleagues delivered presentations on topics such as "The German Tax Supreme Court Case and its Consequences in Practice" and participated in breakout sessions that facilitated exchanges at all experience levels.

In addition to the professional input, the event also offered ample opportunity for personal networking: The shared dinner above the rooftops of Berlin was a highlight and strengthened cross-border collaboration within the network. The event concluded with the presentation of joint case studies – a strong demonstration of the international collaboration practiced at Moore.
